Refund and Return Policy

1.1 Moedaz sells digital products, including but not limited to: game coins, digital credits, gift cards, game top-ups and other virtual goods.
1.2 Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, all sales are considered final after the delivery of the product or the issuance of the digital code/credit.
2. General No-Refund Policy
2.1 All purchases made at Moedaz are non-refundable. Once the digital product has been delivered, activated or credited to the designated account, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
2.2 By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they understand and accept that digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as delivery is instant and irreversible.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
a) The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our platform;
b) The customer was charged more than once for the same order (duplicate billing);
c) The delivered product was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
3.2 Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date.
3.3 Moedaz reserves the right to investigate and verify each refund request. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Moedaz.
4. How to Request a Refund

5.2 Alternatively, refunds may be issued as platform credit, at Moedaz's discretion.

6. Chargebacks
6.1 Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with Moedaz may result in the permanent suspension or termination of your account.
